Mentor UPSC aspirants with SarthiLink
Guide aspirants one to one, in online sessions, at times you choose. We sell each session to the student and pay you a fixed earning for it.

Who can apply
- You sat UPSC Civil Services (CSE), UPSC Indian Forest Service (IFoS) or State PCS, at any stage, from Prelims to the final list.
- Your tier comes from what we can check: how far you got, the subjects your marksheets prove, your teaching or answer-checking work, and your degrees.
- Three tiers are open today: Emerging, Achiever and Expert.
- You are 18 or over.
- Serving government officer? We need your permission, such as a sanction order, before you can be booked.
Other exams, like CDS or Engineering Services, can go in your bio.
How you earn
- No commission. You pay no commission and no fee of any kind.
- SarthiLink sells the session to the student, sets the student's price, takes the payment and handles refunds.
- You earn a fixed amount for each session. It comes from your tier and the step you choose for each subject. You never type an amount, and we approve your step.
- Registered for GST? We pay your GST on top of your earning.
- We pay monthly, for the month before. 10% TDS is deducted, and you get a certificate.
You see your own range of steps in your account once we have checked your documents.
How to join
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up as a mentor and confirm your email.
Step 2: Accept the Mentor Terms
Read the Mentor Terms in full, then accept them on screen. You also confirm that you are 18 or over.
Step 3: Declare your claims and upload your documents
Start with your Mains marksheet. With Quick start you send your strongest proof first and add the rest later.
Step 4: We check them
A person on our team checks every claim, usually within a working day.
Step 5: Confirm your tier and your earnings
Accept your tier, then choose your step for each subject. We approve it before anything goes on sale.
Step 6: Add your mobile number, PAN, payout details and availability
Your bank account must be in your own name. You choose your own times.
Step 7: We publish your profile
Once everything is complete and checked, students can find you and book a session.
