How it works
From search to session, in four steps
SarthiLink™ is a marketplace for personalised UPSC mentorship. Rather than joining a batch and taking whichever teacher it comes with, you explore individual mentors, compare them on what actually matters — experience, optional subject, expertise, language and session price — and choose the person you want to work with. You book and pay one session at a time, so nothing is committed before you know the fit.
Find your mentor
Browse verified UPSC mentors and filter by optional subject, area of expertise, language, years of experience or session price. Every profile shows the mentor's background, the subjects they cover, their starting price and — once enough students have reviewed them — their rating, so you can compare mentors properly before choosing one. Mentors carrying a Verified badge have had selected documents reviewed against the claims on their profile.
Book a time that works
Pick from the mentor's published availability, choose your session length and lock in a slot — no back-and-forth messaging needed. Some mentors also offer a Free Discovery Session: a short introductory call of up to 30 minutes, with no mentor fee, so you can check whether you are a good fit before booking paid mentorship.
Pay securely
The full price is shown before you pay — the platform fee and taxes are never added quietly at checkout. Your payment is then held until the session is confirmed complete, so your mentor is paid only after the session has actually happened. If you need to cancel, a fixed refund schedule applies, and if a mentor cancels a confirmed session you are refunded in full.
Meet, learn, grow
Your session is 1-on-1 and opens online from your bookings page at the scheduled time. Afterwards you can rate and review your mentor, and book them again whenever you need. If you would rather plan several sessions as one journey, some mentors publish Mentorship Programs — structured, multi-session guidance you join once instead of booking session by session.
