A program is a structured set of sessions with the same mentor, planned as one journey rather than booked one at a time. The mentor decides how many sessions it includes, how long each runs, and how long you have to complete them.
An individual session is a single conversation you book when you need it. A program is a longer commitment with a plan behind it — the same mentor follows your progress across every session instead of meeting you cold each time.
