Loyalty Program Policy

Loyalty Programs are optional reward programs created individually by Mentors to encourage long-term mentorship relationships. SarthiLink™ provides the infrastructure — progress tracking, reward unlocking, and redemption at checkout — while each Mentor defines their own reward structure within platform rules.

A Mentor's loyalty program belongs to that Mentor alone: milestones, reward values, and validity are their choices, and rewards are funded from the Mentor's session earnings.

• Only Mentors who enable a Loyalty Program may offer loyalty rewards.
• Students automatically participate by booking eligible paid sessions — no registration is required.
• If a Mentor disables their program, no new rewards are earned; rewards already unlocked remain redeemable until their expiry (see Section 11).

Only completed, individually paid sessions count toward loyalty progress. The following do NOT count:

• Free Discovery Sessions
• Cancelled bookings
• Refunded bookings
• No-show bookings
• Disputed sessions
• Complimentary sessions
• Test bookings
• Admin-created dummy bookings

Sessions purchased as part of a multi-session Mentorship Program are governed by that program's own terms and do not count toward loyalty milestones unless SarthiLink™ states otherwise.

Progress is tracked separately for every Mentor. Five sessions with Mentor A unlock Mentor A's 5-session reward; two sessions with Mentor B unlock nothing with either Mentor. Sessions cannot be transferred between Mentors, and progress with one Mentor never counts toward another Mentor's rewards.

If a counted booking is later refunded, cancelled, or found fraudulent, it stops counting and progress is recalculated. A reward that was unlocked by that progress and not yet redeemed may be revoked as a result.

Currently supported rewards include:

• Percentage Discount (for example, 10% off a session)
• Flat Discount (for example, ₹250 off a session)
• Free Session — where and when enabled by the platform
• Other reward types introduced in future updates

Each Mentor may offer different rewards, milestones, and validity periods.

Rewards become available only after the required number of qualifying sessions has been successfully completed. Booked, upcoming, or incomplete sessions do not qualify until they complete. Unlocking is automatic; the reward appears on the Mentor's profile, in your dashboard, and at checkout.

Rewards:

• can only be used with the Mentor who issued them
• cannot be transferred to another student or Mentor
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be gifted
• cannot be sold
• cannot be combined with another loyalty reward

Only one loyalty reward may be applied per booking. A reward is consumed when the booking it was applied to is paid and confirmed.

Unless specifically approved by SarthiLink™, loyalty rewards cannot be combined with:

• Welcome Offers
• Referral Discounts
• Promo Codes
• Festival Campaigns
• Wallet Credits
• Cashback Offers
• Platform-wide Promotional Campaigns

Only one promotional benefit may apply to a booking. If multiple offers are available, the system will automatically apply the most beneficial eligible offer, or allow the student to choose where the platform is configured to do so.

Mentors choose reward validity: Never Expires, or a fixed window (for example 30, 60, or 90 days) counted from the moment the reward unlocks. Expired rewards cannot be restored unless explicitly approved by the Mentor or SarthiLink™.

If a booking that used a loyalty reward is cancelled, refunded, rescheduled, or fails, reward handling follows the platform's Booking & Rescheduling Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the reward has already been consumed, restoration is subject to platform rules and is not guaranteed.

Mentors may disable future loyalty programs, modify future milestones, or add new rewards. However:

• Changes do not remove rewards that students have already earned.
• Previously unlocked rewards remain redeemable until their expiry.

Students must not:

• Manipulate bookings
• Abuse refund policies
• Create duplicate accounts
• Attempt fraudulent reward accumulation
• Share accounts
• Circumvent platform rules

Fraudulent behaviour may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, or permanent removal under the Account Suspension Policy.

Mentors agree to:

• Honour published loyalty rewards
• Avoid misleading promotions
• Deliver promised discounts
• Follow platform pricing rules

Mentors may not advertise rewards that differ from those configured on SarthiLink™, and loyalty discounts are borne by the Mentor's session earnings as configured in their program.

SarthiLink™ reserves the right to:

• suspend abusive loyalty programs
• modify eligibility requirements
• remove fraudulent rewards
• update platform-wide reward limits
• discontinue the loyalty feature
• investigate suspicious activity

SarthiLink™ may invalidate rewards generated through:

• fake bookings
• self-bookings
• payment reversals
• chargebacks
• duplicate accounts
• coordinated abuse
• policy violations

Platform decisions regarding fraud are final unless overturned through the formal dispute process.

Loyalty Programs are promotional incentives. They do not create contractual obligations beyond the terms published on SarthiLink™. SarthiLink™ does not guarantee future reward availability, permanent reward structures, or continued Mentor participation in the program.
