Founding Mentor Program

The Founding Mentor Program recognises the first mentors who help build the SarthiLink™ mentor community. It combines a permanent recognition badge with renewable reduced commission. A limited number of founding positions are available; once they are filled, the program closes to new entrants.

A mentor is considered for a founding position only after all of the following are complete:

• Mentor onboarding completed;
• Profile completed and marked active;
• Identity verification approved;
• Required credentials verified;
• Mentor Terms & Conditions accepted; and
• Final administrator approval.

Meeting every requirement does not guarantee a founding position. After approval, allocation depends on whether founding slots are still available at that time.

Founding mentors receive a permanent Founding Mentor badge, shown on their public profile, mentor card, the mentor directory, and their dashboard. Recognition is permanent and is independent of any commercial benefit. It is not removed because of commission changes, an annual review, policy revisions, or pricing updates.

The badge may be removed only by a super administrator, and only for fraud, permanent account termination, or a serious policy violation.

Founding positions are allocated in the order mentors are approved: the first fifteen receive the Platinum tier, the next fifteen Gold, and the next twenty Silver, each with a reduced platform commission. Mentors approved after all founding positions are filled join at the standard commission and do not receive a founding badge. Assigned tier, commission rate, and founding rank are fixed at allocation and are never recalculated retroactively.

Once admitted, the Founding Mentor badge remains permanent. The commercial benefit — the reduced commission — is reviewed annually. Recognition and commission are treated separately: a mentor may hold a permanent founding badge while paying the standard commission, and that is a valid state.

Each year, SarthiLink™ may review a founding mentor's activity, compliance, platform standing, and policy adherence. Following the review, SarthiLink™ may renew the reduced commission for a further period or convert the mentor to the standard commission. The founding badge is never affected by this review.

Any change to commission applies only to future earnings. Historical payouts and completed transactions are never recalculated.

• Founding recognition is permanent; commission benefits are renewable.
• Approval alone does not guarantee a founding slot — availability applies.
• Tier, rate, and rank are fixed at allocation and never changed retroactively.
• Changing commission never removes the badge.
• Past earnings are immutable; only future earnings use an updated rate.

SarthiLink™ may adjust the structure, tiers, availability, and review process of the Founding Mentor Program as the marketplace evolves, subject to the permanence of recognition described above.
