This policy is planned but not yet in effect. SarthiLink™ does not currently offer the feature this document will govern. We are publishing the placeholder so the policy can be added transparently, with versioning, the moment the feature ships.

1. Status

What a multi-session programme or pack includes, how sessions are used, validity and expiry, and what happens if it is cancelled part-way is on our roadmap. When introduced, this document will set out the applicable terms, consents, and data-handling rules, drafted in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy, and will be versioned in our Legal Center. Until then, no such processing takes place.
