This policy is planned but not yet in effect. SarthiLink does not currently offer the feature this document will govern. We are publishing the placeholder so the policy can be added transparently, with versioning, the moment the feature ships.
1. Status
Consent and handling rules for recording of mentorship sessions is on our roadmap. When introduced, this document will set out the applicable terms, consents, and data-handling rules, drafted in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy, and will be versioned in our Legal Center. Until then, no such processing takes place.
