How mentor earnings work
SarthiLink™ pays mentors the session fee minus a transparent commission that falls as mentors grow. Explore the calculators below to see exactly what you keep at every tier — all figures come straight from our live commission policies.
How commissions are calculated
Every booking pays the mentor the session fee minus a commission. The commission depends on the mentor's active commission policy and tier — nothing else is deducted from what the mentor earns.
Mentor payout = Session fee − Commission. The commission is a percentage of the session fee, set by the mentor's current tier in the Commission Policy Engine.
For a ₹1,000 session at a 12% Standard commission, the mentor keeps ₹880. As a mentor progresses to a lower-commission tier, they keep more of every session.
Student platform fee. A separate 15% platform fee is paid by the student and shown separately at checkout. It is never subtracted from mentor earnings.

Independent of mentor earningsPer session the student pays ₹1,000 session fee + ₹150 platform fee (15%) + ₹27 GST = ₹1,177. Platform fees and GST scale with volume and are never deducted from mentor earnings.
