Performance Commission Progression

The Performance Commission Progression rewards active standard mentors on SarthiLink™ by automatically lowering their platform commission as they meet quarterly performance milestones. Progression is entirely performance-driven and is re-evaluated every quarter. This program applies only to standard mentors; founding mentors follow the Founding Mentor Program instead.

Every verified standard (non-founding) mentor is automatically enrolled and evaluated once each quarter. No application is required. Only verified activity counts toward performance: completed, paid, non-refunded sessions and the gross merchandise value (GMV) of those successful bookings. Cancelled, refunded, pending, and failed transactions are excluded.

Standard mentors start at the Standard tier (12% commission) and can progress by meeting both thresholds:

• Growth — 50 completed sessions and ₹2,00,000 quarterly GMV → 11% commission;
• Professional — 125 completed sessions and ₹5,00,000 quarterly GMV → 10% commission;
• Elite — 250 completed sessions and ₹10,00,000 quarterly GMV → 9% commission.

Both the session and GMV thresholds must be satisfied. Meeting only one requirement does not qualify a mentor for promotion.

Performance tiers are not permanent. Every quarter each mentor is re-evaluated against current performance. A mentor who meets a higher tier is promoted automatically, with no manual approval. If performance falls below the thresholds of the current tier, the mentor moves to the tier that matches their current performance.

Any change to a mentor's tier or commission applies only to future earnings. Completed transactions and historical payouts are never recalculated. Each payment permanently records the commission that applied when it was captured.

• Progression is automatic and reviewed every quarter.
• Promotion requires meeting both the session and GMV thresholds.
• Tiers can move up or down with performance.
• Only future earnings use an updated commission; past earnings are immutable.
• This program is independent of the Founding Mentor Program.
