Acceptable Use Policy

You must use SarthiLink™ only for its intended purpose — discovering, booking, and delivering legitimate one-to-one mentorship — and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy;
• infringes any intellectual-property or other right (see our Copyright & IP Policy);
• is false, misleading, or impersonates any person or entity;
• promotes examination malpractice, impersonation, cheating, or other unlawful advantage;
• contains malware, or code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access; or
• is hateful, harassing, or endangers a minor.

You must not:

• circumvent the platform to avoid fees for a booking initiated on SarthiLink™;
• use the platform to advertise or solicit unrelated products or services, or to spam other Users;
• collect, harvest, or scrape data about Users, or build a competing dataset or directory;
• share your account, or use another User's account, without authorisation;
• misuse reviews, ratings, or reporting tools, including through fake or coordinated activity; or
• use the platform to launder money or facilitate fraud.

You must not:

• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any SarthiLink™ system, or breach any security or authentication measure;
• access data or accounts not intended for you, or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits;
• interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or networks, including via denial-of-service or excessive automated requests;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law; or
• use bots, crawlers, or automated means to access the platform other than as expressly authorised.

When using integrated services such as Razorpay, Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, or Google Meet, you must comply with those providers' terms. Our own use of Google APIs is described in the Google API Data Usage Disclosure. Do not use these integrations to access data beyond what the feature requires.

Keep your credentials confidential, use a strong password, and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise or vulnerability at support@sarthilink.com. Responsible disclosure of security issues is welcomed; do not exploit or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.

Report suspected misuse, abuse, or security concerns to support@sarthilink.com. We investigate reports and act proportionately.

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, suspension, or termination under our Account Suspension Policy and Account Termination Policy, and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities. As an intermediary, SarthiLink™ will also act on valid legal requests in accordance with applicable law.
